In Pursuit of Moksha
Moksha YouTube Automation

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026 · Applies to the private, owner-operated Moksha YouTube Automation application and this information website.

Summary. The application is used by the authorized owner of the In Pursuit of Moksha channel. It uses YouTube API Services to access approved channel information. Automated posting is not currently active. It is not a public consumer sign-up service.

1. Who operates this application?

Moksha YouTube Automation is a private workflow operated for the In Pursuit of Moksha YouTube channel. Privacy and data-deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].

2. What data may be accessed?

After the authorized channel owner grants Google OAuth permission, the application may access the YouTube channel ID, name, handle, profile metadata, video and playlist metadata, publication status, view counts and other channel performance statistics permitted by the granted scopes. If publishing features are subsequently activated with the owner's approval, the workflow may also process videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, privacy settings, playlists and upload results. The application does not request a Google password.

3. Why is data used?

Data is used only for owner-authorized channel management, verifying account access, producing editorial reports, preparing content, and executing publishing or analytics workflows when enabled. The application does not sell Google or YouTube user data or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.

4. Where is data processed?

Channel API requests are handled through Google/YouTube and the owner's configured n8n automation account, where authorized connections and workflow data may be processed. This public website is hosted on Cloudflare. Other production services may be introduced only for disclosed, authorized workflow purposes; this policy will be updated before material changes to data handling. YouTube user information is not intentionally supplied to unrelated services or used for general-purpose AI model training.

5. Retention and protection

Workflow records and credentials are restricted to authorized administration and kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable retention requirements. Stored YouTube API data is subject to YouTube's refresh and deletion rules. Reasonable security controls, including HTTPS and access-restricted service credentials, are used. The operator will delete data under its control when it is no longer needed or, following a verified deletion request, within 30 days unless a lawful obligation requires otherwise.

6. Access, revocation and deletion

The channel owner can revoke the application's Google access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized API activity but may not immediately erase previously stored workflow records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of retained data, email [email protected] with the request. Identity or account control may need to be verified before releasing or deleting account data.

7. Website visitors

This static website has no sign-in form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by its operator. Standard network and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider for site delivery and protection. External links lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.

8. Third-party services and policies

The application uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may be revised as authorized features and providers change. Material changes to authorized YouTube data practices will be disclosed before use. Questions and privacy requests: [email protected].
